If you have booked a Niche or have a deceased relative whose
remains are interred at a Catholic Columbarium, you must complete
an Updating Form and return it to any Catholic church no later
than 14 December 2011.
You may pick up a form at any Catholic church.
A HOTLINE has been set up to answer questions
related to the new Terms and Conditions for Catholic Church
Columbaria, which will enter into effect on 1 March 2012.
